Cinemacity Al Qana contains 15 screens in total taking 1800 seats. It can take around 9000+ cinemagoers a day.  It is located in the newest tourist destination in Abu Dhabi, Al Qana Abu Dhabi. 
When you get to Al Qana Abu Dhabi you can view the amazing modern design of the building which is mesmerizing, especially at night. The building’s front is full of LED lights that change colors every few seconds. When you arrive at the main entrance you get greeted by the valet parking staff if you don’t want to waste your time parking. And once you step into the lobby you can tell there was a lot of effort to keep the interior design elegant no matter what experience you are going for, you will feel you are in a Luxury Cinema.

We were honored to get a tour from the general manager of Cinemacity AE, Mr. George who was very generous to allow us to experience different parts of Cinemacity Al Qana. We reviewed 3 different Experiences which were the XXL screen, the AZUL lounge/Screens, and the Art House Screen. Each one of those had its own seating designs, interior designs, sound systems, and screen projections.

 XXL Screen: Biggest Cinema Screen in Abu Dhabi

The XXL theatre is one of the three different experiences in Cinemacity Al Qana, and it is the most impressive theatre in Cinemacity Al Qana. It provides stunning image quality with its 2 RGB Laser Projector. The seats in the XXL theatre feel amazing, and the atmosphere is breathtaking. The seatings feel cozy and relaxing as three comfortable types of seats are provided: VIP luxury cinema chairs have a full recliner for you to relax and make you almost fall asleep, club class downgrade of the VIP luxury cinema chairs with a semi-recliner, and deluxe seats are your regular cinema chairs with no recliner. 

It also contains a Dolby ATMOS cinema Surround Sound System. This advanced technology makes you live and takes you into action while the sound comes from dimensions, spaces, and places. My experience in the XXL theatre felt like something out of this world that I had never l felt in a theatre trying the XXL VIP luxury cinema chairs. 

Notably, the staff service in the theatre has reached over my customer satisfaction. The atmosphere feels different from any other theatre. The huge crowd of 336 people in one theatre makes it feel like you’re experiencing a remarkable movie. The theatre not only has the aforementioned fascinating things but also has the largest cinema screen in UAE, measuring 26 meters in length. The capacity of the XXL theatre is 336 seats. 

The theatre ambiance takes you to a breathtaking and astonishing environment. The theatre was also used for a special movie Premiere featuring the “Al Hayba” movie in the XXL Theatre. The XXL cinema theatre is worth a try and highly recommended for world-class entertainment.

Azul Cinema – A luxurious Experience to See Movies Showing In Abu Dhabi

Art house Screen

Those who are interested in art and classics will find the first experience fascinating in cinema theatres in Abu Dhabi. The Art House screen, everything about the cinema was different and exciting, the seats and sound system.

The seats were beautiful, it takes you back to an era most people would want to experience. Some of the seats are plain red and the other half are red and yellow chequers. The seats are comfortable and spacious, it can also be adjusted to a person’s preference. Each seat has a built-in table which makes it very easy for people to enjoy their movie while having their favorite snacks. No more spilled food/drinks around spaces. In addition to the XXL screen, the screen uses an RGB laser projector. You can literally feel every scene, it takes you away from reality. The environment is very relaxing, with happiness in the air.
