Nowadays pilates has gone viral and people are willing to try pilates more than before . Other than pilates being therapeutic it also helps the body to tighten and strengthen the core and give the body a good strech . The first place that I went to try pilates is Motion Fitness Center ; it is based in Umm suqeim3 ,Dubai . The place is really amazing and for ladies only . What I liked the most is that the place is clean and has a nice smell , and everything is sanitised . 

  My First class in pilates was really good and refreshing .What made me love pilates is the  trainer her name is Gulsun. I really enjoyed the class more with her than Elena and  really loved how she keeps the whole class motivated and willing to take challenges safely . I really loved that there are only 7 reformer  beds in a class which keeps the trainer focused more on everyone other than a full class . As for timings they have early classes and late classes so there is a variety for everyone . Their price for a reformer class is around 100 something  which in my opinion is a good price and really worth it  and sometimes they make really good offers  . One thing that  I would like them to change is offering more parking slots that would be amazing to avoid losing time and being late to class .

I was excited to visit Real Pilates Meydan for my first-ever Pilates class. Real Pilates has multiple branches, but I chose this studio specifically based on recommendations from friends. When I arrived at the beautiful facility in the Meydan Heights Retail Centre, I was greeted by friendly staff at the front desk. They already had my name and booking information ready in their easy online system – all I had to do was check-in. I was immediately impressed by the clean, zen-like environment. The lobby smelled lightly of essential oils, creating a calm and relaxing vibe.

As I entered the place with a pleasant smile , All I had to do was check in because they already had my name and reservation details available in their simple web system. My instructor, Lilian, soon introduced herself with a friendly smile. She explained we would be a small group of 8 students maximum, which allowed her to give each of us individual attention. Before we started, she gave a brief overview of Pilates principles and techniques, which helped me understand what to focus on as a beginner. We then began the mat exercises, starting with simple movements to warm our bodies. Lilian demonstrated each exercise carefully, explaining how to engage our core muscles properly. Her clear instructions and attention to form made me feel at ease, even as a Pilates newbie.

My first Real Pilates Meydan experience exceeded my expectations, its one of the best pilates in dubai. The atmosphere was luxurious and welcoming, thanks to the beautiful facilities, friendly staff, and Lilian’s excellent teaching. I was impressed by the attention to safety, form, and individual progression within the group class setting. Real Pilates Meydan offers an inclusive environment for people at all fitness levels to improve their health. I’m excited to continue my Pilates journey at Real Pilates Meydan and feel like I’ve found my new go-to place for self-care through fitness in Dubai

I appreciated their attention to beginners, as they inquired about any injuries, demonstrating a commitment to ensuring a pain-free and enjoyable experience.

The class itself was exceptional, largely thanks to Lucia’s friendly instructor and constant motivation throughout the session. The studio’s stunning view, allowing natural sunlight to flood in, added to the overall positive ambiance of the class.

stumbled upon Pure Pilates and immediately felt it was a fantastic find. This is where my Pilates journey began, and it has been truly life-changing. It all started when I met Susanna, an amazing trainer who made me fall in love with Pilates through her dedication and knowledge.

Pure Pilates has many benefits, including spacious underground parking that makes every visit easy. The studio itself has soft lighting and relaxing music, creating a calming environment that helps you focus on your body and mind connection.

What’s more, Pure Pilates is one of the best Pilates studios in Dubai, and it’s affordable too. They offer great training and expertise that’s worth every penny. Their classes are suitable for all levels, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner.

They also have convenient closing hours at 8:00 PM, making it flexible for people with busy schedules. My time at Pure Pilates has been eye-opening, improving both my physical strength and mental clarity. It’s not just a Pilates studio; it’s a place where you can find balance and rejuvenation.
