It is a perfect place where you can experience tranquillity and savour the original Italian pizza blissfully. Its menu has a reasonable variety of types of pizza in order to satisfy different tastes, and prices are above average and slightly expensive. However; one pizza can meet the needs of two people due to its big size. The staff were nice and lovely, they recommended the truffle mushroom pizza to me and I was told that it is the most demanded type in their restaurant.
I ordered two types of pizza, truffle and pepperoni. Frankly, the truffle was the best pizza I ever tasted in my life. It was hot, cheesy, mouthwatering, with a thin dough and crispy crust, not to mention the burrata cheese on top of each slice with the added mushroom. The scent of the pizza itself was so good, where you can smell how purely it was made by the wood fired oven. The pepperoni pizza was also equally delicious and perfectly made, rich in flavour with a bit more grease that satiate the appetite much faster. Nevertheless, if you ask me about my favourite type? Without a hesitation, I will say the truffle pizza.

Cut Napoli Pizza
In crust we trust. Cut Napoli Pizza is an Emirati-owned restaurant and one of the best pizza places to find in Abu Dhabi. Although they offer some Italian dishes as well as a good selection of types of pizza, their pizza menu specialties are where they really shine. I tried their margherita pizza and Half & Half Cut’s box, which were fascinating, and the serving was good for 3 to 5 people.
My favourite pizza of all time is margherita, at Cut’s they call it “Grandma’s margherita”. The pizza had a wonderful aroma from being newly baked. It had the ideal balance of cheesy and topping and crispy crust, but in a way that allowed you to eat it slice by slice without stopping, which was a delightful experience.
This unique box idea was a very interesting and enjoyable experience. In this box, people can order two half pizzas, two starters, and two dipping sauces. I ordered a half pepperoni pizza called “Rich papa” and a chicken pizza called “Baked buffalo” and both were pleasant. But, the “Baked buffalo” was one of my favourites, especially for people who love buffalo sauce and spicy pizza it was perfect. For the starters, I chose the “Too much fries” and the “Truffle risotto arancini ”, it’s a soft and juicy risotto ball filled with truffle, mushroom, and mozzarella cheese, both were so tasty and appetising. And we don’t forget the two dipping sauces to complete this amazing box. This box is perfect for people who would like to try different types of pizza with small portions.
Overall, I had a good time trying their pizza. The prices were good but slightly expensive, and the staff were very nice and polite. Also, you can get to know more about them through their instagram account and this is their menu.

The owner of the restaurant is a well known emirate chief Faisal Alharmodi working with chief Fadi Kurdi that specialises in pastries , they both worked hard to have the best ingredients and provide the best most delicious taste for all their dishes, they care about all the small details .Their main goal is to provide a special and unique taste whilst providing great service with nice and calming atmosphere.
The restaurant’s atmosphere encompasses everything from tangible elements like decor and lighting to experiential factors such as the quality of service and the conveniences it offers. Its pizza is full of umami. Just like the other types of taste, which are sweet, sour, salty and bitter, umami is a rich and savoury flavour that your taste buds taste and recognize.
