Located in Al Bahya, Abu Dhabi, this farmstay offers a somewhat luxurious but cosy staycation in Abu Dhabi while keeping in essence the theme of being outdoors. When you first enter the farmstay, you’ll find a spacious parking that can fit up to 4 cars with ease, and even more if you’re willing to go the extra mile. You’re then immediately greeted with the greenery of the grass-covered ground, with beach chairs and outdoor rests located all around the place. The beautiful sounds of the birds in the cages at the western side will be sure to grab your attention as well. The grass is artificial, so you need not worry of any pesky critters lurking around, nor will your shoes get dirty with moist soil as you walk through the area. You will also find a children’s entertainment section with slides and swings.
You will without a doubt not be able to resist the thought of immediately switching to your swimming attire and jumping into the pool that would already be set up and cleaned before you arrive! Even for those of us who aren’t fans of getting wet in the pool, the sound of the running water falling into the pool is enough to offer a calming and therapeutic sense. At night, the pool offers an entirely new sense, lighting up with colour-changing lights placed underneath the water that give off an otherworldly sensation as you party your way through the night, or enjoy a calming scenery with friends and family.
The farm offers two bedrooms, one with a masterbed, and the other with multiple beds, as well as a living room. These rooms have a first-view into the park with its glass balcony, giving you the feeling of being connected with the outdoor facilities even while you’re in the comfort of your own bed. The balconies can also be closed with blackout curtains, ensuring complete privacy. What more can we ask for when looking for an outdoorsy staycation in the UAE?
Having all that said, our main concern regarding the farmstay was the swimming pool being on the same elevation as the ground, which could pose a safety hazard, especially when dealing with children. The fact that the farmstay’s target audience is families, along with them providing children entertainment through slides and rides makes us believe that this should have been taken into account, and necessary safety preventions should have been provided. This, in our opinion, was the main reason we gave this farm a 4 out of 5 rating instead of a perfect score.
Pricing can vary depending on the season and timing, and you can either book a day’s stay (From 3 PM to 11 PM) or stay the night (starting 3 PM on the first day till 12 PM in the afternoon the next day). You will also need to provide a deposit of 1,000 AED that will be given back a day after your departure. This is to cover for any property damage. Also, be aware that the farm is mainly oriented towards families.

The visit to the Farmstay.ae was very wonderful with its all details upon the arrival we immediately feels that the weather is colder compared to the city.There was a lot of activities that we enjoyed first of all we saw a beautiful lake containing ducks actually it was very impressive,secondly the tilapia fishes were very nice,Thirdly the private swimming pool was very great it was covered by woods from the top its a traditional method. Last but not least despite from these activities the rooms are very big and comfort also the majlis is fantastic in the fresh air,all of that great moments will cost you less than hotels although i strongly
recommend everyone to book on this great farm and have fun privately with your parents and friends.
