Zayed Sports City Ice Rink
Looking for an activity to do in summer without having to sweat? Zayed Sports City Abu Dhabi has the best ice rink in Abu Dhabi. Not only that but also Fridays are exclusive for girls only! There is full privacy for girls and photos are not allowed in the skating area so you can be fully comfortable. When we visited the ice rink we joined the first round which started from 12 pm until 3:45 pm, while the second round started from 4 pm until 7 pm. When you first get there you will find the counter where you can get your ticket for 90 AED and you can also get a locker which they have in two sizes. enjoy ice skating in Abu Dhabi at Zayed Sports City on a Friday ladies’ day without worrying about ice skating shoes as they have all sizes.
There are two options when it comes to skating shoes. First, exchange your shoes with their skating shoes without paying and you can get your shoes back when you return the skating shoes. The second option is to bring your own ice skating shoes! You don’t need to be concerned about what to eat as you will find a small shop there to get some snacks, they have candies, drinks, chips, and some ready-to-eat sandwiches. There is also a small cafeteria that has various types of food. You can also take a break while sitting in the grandstand seating and watch the skating area while eating your snacks. Their staff are very helpful and friendly, you would have so much fun at Zayed Sports City ice rink ladies’ day!
CLYMB Abu Dhabi
If you are an active person or you want to try something new CLYMB would be the best choice for you. CLYMB is located in Yas Mall and they provide indoor activities for all genders. However, they offer a ladies’ night each month to have fun in a completely private place with full female staff. CLYMB is considered the tallest indoor skydiving and climbing wall. The highest wall is 138 feet high and the skydiving tunnel is 104 feet with a width of 32 feet. Try out the adventures and get rid of your fears and stress.
Once you register the instructor will train you in-flight position and hand signs for your safety, then you will wear the suit and enter the tunnel. The climb is also worth a try, especially with a group of friends. Take your seat for the next women-only day on the 10th of march if you’re interested

Ladies only night Yas Water World
Looking for private activities for ladies only with a splash of water? Yas Water World in Abu Dhabi can provide for you ladies only a full day with total privacy to have fun with your friends, family, and beloved ones. For the entire day, Yas Water World park will be closed to male visitors. Moreover, mobile and photography will be prohibited. With more than 40 rides, slides, and attractions, Yas Water World park will be exclusively supervised by female staffers to ensure that females have the same exclusive experience that they have come to expect. Ladies are welcome to join the fun. Live DJ performance will transform the park into a night of fun and glory for ladies only. Also, by nightfall in the water, there will be an Aqua Zumba course for ladies only to learn new dance movements while listening to energetic music.

Ladies’ night: Every Thursday from 6 pm-11 pm.
Ladies’ day: 10 am – 11 pm.

Al Bateen Ladies Beach Abu Dhabi

Al Bateen Beach is located near Abu Dhabi’s Khalifa Al Mubarak Street. It has a special, well-protected area for women only, where they can relax and socialise with friends or family. Swimming, playing volleyball, sunbathing, and even exploring the seas on jet skis are among the activities available in Al Bateen Beach. So if you are into activities, have fun! Not only that, unlike other beaches, this one is rarely crowded, so it’s worth checking out if you’re seeking a serene and relaxing atmosphere too.
Don’t miss the stunning view of the Al Hudayriat Bridge, which connects the mainland to the island of Al Hudayriat. You can either drive through or ride your bike through to see for yourself. The Al Bateen Beach entrance fee is free but for this ladies only zone is 25 AED, and for children under the age of twelve, it is 5 AED. Only children under the age of six are permitted in this area. Furthermore, because safety and security are of the utmost importance, swimming is permitted only until sundown. To safeguard guests’ privacy, cameras and cellular devices are prohibited. So take your time and absorb the surroundings as much as possible.

Ladies day in Yas Marina Circuit Train Yas (Go yas)
For all the girls who are looking for ladies only activities in Abu Dhabi. Train Yas previously known as (Go Yas) is scheduled every Tuesday to be ladies’ day. Train Yas (Go Yas) is the safest and most private environment to ride your bike, run, and walk. Yas Marina circuit F1 is a huge track that opens for ladies only every Tuesday. However, the timing is limited it starts from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. To make your experience great, Train Yas (Go Yas) provides a free bike in different sizes medium/ small and medium/large. Both can be adjusted to be comfortable for your presence, also they provide free size helmets. But don’t worry all the helmets and bikes get sanitized after every use. While practising your favourite activities, there will be female staff and security all around the track, to help and assist if needed.
There are two ambulance stations in different areas in Yas Marina circuit. Both are equipped with everything in case of an emergency. The medical staff are all females on ladies’ night, to ensure privacy. The arena is essentially a health and fitness place for people to cycle in a private and safe area. Keep in mind that there are no restaurants except for a small food station to grab a quick snack. However, water is provided for free
Note that you have to register online for the Train Yas ladies’ night before going. They will send you a QR code to scan it before getting there.

- Bringing your own E-Scooter is not allowed.
- Boys above 12 are not permitted to attend on the ladies day
- For your safety and others safety, you should wear a face mask all the time except on the track itself.
- The Yas Marina circuit Train Yas (Go Yas) Ladies day timing is so strict.
